Terms of Service Rukasan Asian Dance Curation Service Effective Date: 1 January 2025
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before subscribing. By completing your subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. The Service
Rukasan is an independent content curation service. We deliver handpicked TikTok creator profiles from across East and Southeast Asia directly to your inbox on a weekly basis. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.
2. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current listed price. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
3. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once creator IDs have been delivered to your inbox, the product has been received and no refund will be issued. If you are unsure, please contact us before subscribing.
4. Sharing of Creator IDs — Zero Tolerance
The creator usernames and profile IDs delivered to you are for your personal use only. You agree that you will not share, redistribute, post publicly, or disclose any creator IDs to any other person or platform in any form. This includes but is not limited to: posting in forums, group chats, Discord servers, Reddit, social media, or passing them to non-members privately.
Violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent termination of your membership without refund. We take this seriously. Sharing IDs dilutes the value of the service for every paying member and undermines the creators themselves.
5. Code of Conduct — Respectful Communication Only
Access to these creators is a privilege. You agree to engage with all creators in a respectful, genuine, and courteous manner at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at any creator
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate messages or comments
- Racist, discriminatory, or derogatory remarks of any kind
- Spamming creators with unsolicited messages or repeated contact after being ignored
- Any behaviour intended to manipulate, deceive, or harm a creator
We reserve the right to terminate any membership where we become aware of disrespectful or harmful conduct toward creators, without warning and without refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service for lawful personal purposes only. You may not use the Service to collect data at scale, scrape creator information, build competing products, or engage in any activity that could harm Rukasan, its members, or the creators we feature.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. Each subscription is for a single user only. We reserve the right to terminate accounts we suspect are being shared.
8. Intellectual Property
All curation, content, and creator selections delivered through the Service are the intellectual property of Rukasan. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service or its deliverables.
9. Disclaimer
Rukasan curates publicly available TikTok profiles. We make no guarantees regarding the continued activity, availability, or behaviour of any creator. Creator accounts may go private, be removed, or stop posting at any time. This does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rukasan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with any creator. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cancel your subscription.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you by email of any material changes.
